Shipping
- Please allow up to 7 business days for processing on all regular apparel (not including weekends or holidays) before items ship. Most orders will be processed faster, but this is the standard.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for all tie dye items. The process takes significantly longer and we want to provide you with the most beautiful items we can!
- PROCESSING TIME is in addition to SHIPPING TIME. This can confuse some people's expectations! Processing time is the amount of time it takes us to create your items and shipping time is the amount of time for the carrier to deliver once we drop it off.
- All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships. If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
- Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com,or (800)275-8777.
- If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries) MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.
- All items are made to order and items with tie dye will vary in pattern. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please send me an email and I will do anything I can to make it right for you.
